For those who were not able to pick up your trail’s end popcorn orders today, please contact me as soon as possible. I can meet you on Sunday, November 15th but I would like to keep it within the time frame of 12pm - 1pm.
Please pick up at Twin Lakes Subdivision at 340 New Milford Rd., Cary 27519 (on McCrimmon Parkway).
We do have more product available if anyone needs extra to sell, but please contact me about that immediately.

The orders have been separated and ready for pickup. Based on the number of orders to be picked up, the hours have been reduced. We will only be available on Saturday from 12 - 3 pm to pick up popcorn orders.

It is that time.
You can plan to pick up your popcorn on Saturday or Sunday from 12-4 p.m. in the Twin Lakes Subdivision at 340 New Milford Rd., Cary 27519. Twin Lakes is near Davis Drive and McCrimmon Corners Shopping plaza in Morrisville.
If you can give Andrea Wright a call to set up a pick up time for your son’s popcorn. It is important that we pick up the orders and deliver them this week as we had promised our customers that their orders would be in this before Thanksgiving. Let’s not disappoint them. Great job on the sale everyone and lets support Leopolda and Andrea and make their jobs easy this weekend.
Also, just a reminder that we will be having a Pack meeting on December 3 at 7 p.m. at the Triangle Church building. There will be more details out about this soon, but we want to take this opportunity to recognize any of the achievements that the boys have earned/completed this summer and fall. Please let your den leader know what achievements and belt loops your son has completed soon and I ask that the Den leaders make sure that Vivek gets details about whatever awards you have for your boys no later than next Friday, November 20.
Talk to you all soon and remember that there will be no meeting in two weeks on November 26 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving.

If you have popcorn orders to turn in for your son, please contact Leopolda Ramos. She will be taking the final orders at her home on Monday, Oct. 26th until 7pm. Please contact her in advance if you will be bringing your orders.
Please remember to make a copy of the order form. Please have your son to make his prize selection. All checks should be paid to Pack 393, cash cannot be accepted.

Just a reminder for those who signed up for the Popcorn Show and Sell this weekend. This is the only fundraiser that we typically do to support the Pack. After talking to Leopolda, we’ve raised $1000 dollars from our first couple of Show and Sells. These locations are great, but there is a need for additional scouts to sign up and help this weekend. Please contact Andrea to sign up and have you son help support these efforts with our Pack. If you can’t make these events, please have your son sell in the neighborhood. We only have a couple of weeks to finish up.
In addition, I need to ask that a parent from each den volunteer to help with the popcorn money turn-in on October 24. That is going to be a busy week with the campout, but please contact Andrea and volunteer to help them with the den money that night. Since each den only has 4-5 boys currently, this should help facilitate this getting done quickly.

Don’t forget to look through the email that Andrea sent out and begin making plans for your son’s to participate in the Show and Sells for Popcorn. I’m excited this year that we have a number of Morrisville locations (the new WalMart and Sam’s Club) that should help us sell popcorn and work to our advantage in recruiting new scouts in the Morrisville area. I know that things are busy, but please support our Pack and Leopolda as she helps us be successful.
Please note that she is going to need a few volunteers to help with keeping track of Pack totals and will need a couple of people to help the District when the popcorn arrives to aid in unloading and distribution. They have asked for at least two volunteers from each Den and I believe that they need some people this week to do this and they will definitely need help when the final orders come in in November. I will ask that if you haven’t volunteered for an activity to please volunteer to help your den leaders with this to allow them to focus on the boy’s programs and please talk with Leopolda on Thursday to let her know who from our Pack can help with the District unloading and distribution.
